Ordering
We will be pleaed to receive your telephone / e-mail enquiries and orders. If you feel you require extensive advice please contact Kate Russell who will ensure you are put in contact with the correct person to deal with your enquiry.

For the benefit of established customers our Tele-sales department will call you at an agreed time and day to take your order and arrange delivery.

We normally require 24 hours between order and delivery although we will, of course, respond to emergency situations.

Staff Training / Tastings
Product knowledge for your staff is very important for your sales. We will be pleased to arrange informal talks, tastings and staff training. Please contact David Smith or John Leigh.

Limited Stock
In order to help customers in preparation of wine lists, we clearly indicate in our brochure where stock is in limited supply and would ask that you contact us before listing these products. (copies of our brochure can be ordered from the information request page)

Wine Lists
We are pleased to help and advise with the preparation of your wine list which can be tailor made to suit your client base. Please contact your Representative or John Leigh.

Delivery
Delivery will be made by our own vehicles except where your requirements are outside our delivery area. Your representative will be pleased to arrange to have your deliveries made on a specific day.

Merchandising
Point of Sale material has a strong visual impact. To maximise your sales and merchandising efforts we can supply ice buckets, champagne buckets, optics, posters and can discuss and arrange individual promotional events. Please contact John Leigh.

New Products
It is of course important that we stock the products that you the customer require. Should you need any product, either on a one-off basis or for continual supply, that is not on our list, please contact us as we can then ensure supplies are available.

Customers Own Label
We will be pleased to design an individual label to enable you to have your own House Wine. In designing the label for you we can incorporate your logo or trade mark, making the wine exclusive for your hotel or restaurant.
Depending on the quantity required we can also arrange for either the French Country wines and Champagnes to have either a special label or be overprinted 'Selected by...' yourselves.
Our sales staff will be pleased to assist and discuss with you your requirements.
